Bacteria that do not die with heated

Most of the microorganisms are killed by sufficient heating, but some bacteria do not die by heating. Typical examples are Clostridium Welch and Clostridium botulinum.

It grows even in the absence of oxygen and forms spores that can withstand heating at 100 degrees for 6 hours. Once these spores are formed, they do not die with normal heating.

Since these clostridium do not die when heated or boiled, they can also occur from curry, which is a typical Japanese home-cooked dish.

Cooked curry and leave it overnight, it is the secret to making the curry delicious, but Clostridium welch and Clostridium botulinum increase explosively when the food cools.

Creating an environment, where harmful bacteria can not live

Ozone water that destroys cell membranes of harmful bacteria

How to reduce the number of bacteria that do not die even heated? Ozone water is effective, which has strong Oxidizing action by three oxygen atoms.

Ozone has three oxygen atoms (O3), but by its nature, it try to return to ordinery oxygen (O2).

Single Oxygen (O) has a strong oxidizing action.

By this action, the cell wall of the bacterium is directly damaged / destroyed / decomposed, and the nucleus of the organism is discharged to the outside, resulting in death.
